How we decide what to carry
Three questions, in order. Would a pet actually use it — not once, but in month six? Would you leave it out when guests arrive? And can it be made properly at a price a normal person will pay? Most pet furniture fails the third one, which is why so much of it is flat inside a week.
Sizing, honestly
Measure your pet nose to tail-base while they are stretched out and add four inches. Between two sizes, go up — a bed that is slightly too big gets slept in, while one that is slightly too small gets walked past. Every bed lists what each size actually fits, and the 30-night trial exists precisely because measuring a sleeping animal is difficult.
